What do OnlyFans agencies look for? Less than you fear on looks, and more than you expect on one thing no ad mentions: whether you will still be delivering in month three.
This guide is written from the side that reads the applications. We pay creators a fixed salary instead of taking a percentage, and that shapes what we look for. Where other agencies screen differently, we say so.
It depends on the kind of agency
An agency's screening follows its model.
- A percentage agency earns only when your account earns. It tends to look for what already produces revenue: an audience, an account with income, a niche it knows how to sell. Starting from zero is harder there, because your slow months are its slow months too.
- A salary agency pays you whether or not the account earns that week. It carries the risk, so it looks hardest at one thing: whether the content will arrive, on time, in the form that was asked for.
That safety has a price for you, and it is worth knowing before you apply: a salary agency runs the account, and an exceptional month does not change your pay.
Knowing which kind you are applying to tells you which part of your application matters most. If you are still choosing between them, the best OnlyFans management agencies, compared honestly sets the two models side by side.
What actually matters
Reliability. Filming on the agreed schedule, answering your manager within a day, saying early when something is not working. It is less exciting than looks and it matters more, because content that arrives beats content that is perfect.
Filming ahead. Most of this job is filming several days of content in one sitting and sending it ahead. With us, count on ten to fifteen hours a week at the start while you learn the format, then three to five focused hours once you are set up. Someone who films in sessions finds the work short. Someone who films a little every day finds it endless.
How you come across on camera. Presence, energy and the care you put into your look decide how well content converts, and pretending they play no part would be a lie. But it is presence, not a type. Nobody reviewing your application is asking whether you are photogenic in a studio.
What you already know. If you already film, post and know your audience, you start higher, because experience shortens the ramp up. It is not required: most of the creators we hire start from zero.
Rarity. A look, a language or a niche that few creators cover is in demand and priced accordingly. If you have one, say so in your application.
Why agencies say no, honestly
None of these is about being "pretty enough". Some are ours, some are common elsewhere.
- You are under 18. No exceptions, anywhere legitimate. We are strictly 18+.
- Nobody can reach you. A mistyped phone number or username is the quietest way to lose a spot: the application arrives, and the answer has nowhere to go.
- There is no way to pay you. We pay by bank transfer in Europe and the US, and in crypto everywhere else. If neither works where you live, we cannot hire you, however good the application is.
- You do not want to show your face. Many agencies turn faceless profiles down. We do not: it changes the salary, not whether you can apply.
- Your account is new, or does not exist yet. Some agencies only sign creators who already earn. We do not require an account at all.
- It looks like easy money to you. The hours are few but they are demanding. What gets paid is being professional and answering your manager, and a contract where the content stops arriving ends quickly.
What happens after you send it
At most agencies, someone looks at your details and photos, then there is a call, then an offer or a no. Timelines vary, and not every agency answers every application.
Here is our side, step by step:
- Our team reads it, and your details are never made public.
- We answer within 24 to 48 hours, on WhatsApp or Telegram, from an account with our name on it. If you see nothing, check your message requests from unknown senders.
- A short call with a manager who speaks your language, when you want one and not before.
- A written offer if it is a fit, with your salary and your content schedule.
You can ask for the contract before you even apply. And with any agency, three requests should end the conversation: money, your password, or intimate photos "to evaluate you". With us, photos are optional and always classic: you, dressed, the kind you would use for a modeling portfolio, never nude or intimate photos. If an agency has asked for your login, here is what that request tells you.
Three ways to work, and why that widens who can apply
A lot of creators rule themselves out before applying because they do not want to show their face. With us there are three ways to work, all on a fixed salary:
- You show your face. The highest salary: content with a face converts better.
- Your face, replaced by AI. You film normally and we replace your face with a generated one: the content still has a face, just not yours. The second-highest salary, and nothing is done without your written agreement.
- You never show your face. Body, hands, voice, framing without a face. The base salary. We also block your country and your region, and we take copies down.
And because we are a network of agencies by niche and by market, we place you where you earn the most.
Mistakes that cost applications
- A contact detail with a typo. Check the country code, or the username letter by letter.
- Filtered, professional or revealing photos. One or two classic photos of how you actually look, recent, well lit and dressed, the kind you would use for a modeling portfolio: a portrait and a full-length photo, or only a full-length one with your face hidden if you work without it. Never nude or intimate photos. They are never published. We only want to see how you look today, not whether you are photogenic.
- Overstating your hours or your experience. A salary agency is paying for a schedule. Promise more than you can keep and you get a contract that ends within weeks.
- Hiding your limits. Say what you will not do, and which countries or regions you never want to be seen in. It never counts against you, and it goes into your contract.
- Signing before reading. Whoever you apply to, read the clauses to check before you sign first.
FAQ
Do OnlyFans agencies accept creators with no followers?
Some only sign creators who already earn, because they are paid a share of what you make. We do not require an account or an audience: most of the creators we hire start from zero.
Do I need professional photos to apply to an OnlyFans agency?
No. Recent phone photos in good light are better than a shoot, because the agency needs to see how you actually look on camera. Keep them classic and dressed, the kind you would use for a modeling portfolio: never nude or intimate photos.
How long does an OnlyFans agency take to reply?
It varies from one agency to the next. We answer within 24 to 48 hours.
Can I apply if I do not want to show my face?
Yes. With us, working without your face is one of three options, all on a fixed salary. It changes the salary, and it does not stop you applying.
Two minutes, three details, no account needed. Apply here, and we answer within 24 to 48 hours.
