This policy explains what Lumea Talent collects when you use lumeatalent.com and apply to work with us.

What we collect

The information you enter in the application form (first name, age, country, languages, Telegram and Instagram usernames, your answers about content and income, and any message you add), plus technical data such as your IP address, browser and the language of your device.

Why we collect it

To review your application, contact you about it, and decide whether to make you a salary offer. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Applications are stored in our internal recruitment system and shared only with the managers who review candidates. We use hosting and messaging providers (Vercel, Telegram) to run the site and reach you.

How long we keep it

Applications that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months. You can ask us to delete your application at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by messaging us on Telegram. We answer within a few days.

Age

Our services are strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and any such application is deleted.
